Job Description: BIM Modeler Architect

We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Modeler Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality architectural models, managing BIM workflows in accordance with international standards, and ensuring seamless coordination across multi-disciplinary projects.

Technical Requirements & Software Proficiency

• Core Software: Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• BIM Management: Experience working within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360 environments.
• Content Creation: Strong skills in Family Creation (parametric modelling)
• Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Dynamo for automation and Navisworks for advanced coordination
• BIM Standards & Coordination
• ISO 19650: Comprehensive understanding of the ISO 19650 workflow and information management processes.
• Information Management: Proficiency in project Naming Conventions and Federation Strategies.
• Quality Control: Experience with Clash Detection, managing a Clash Matrix, and implementing QA/QC procedures.
• Documentation: Familiarity with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and the ability to coordinate effectively with MEP and Structural disciplines.
• Project Delivery & LOD
• Development Stages: Ability to deliver models through Concept, Schematic, and Detailed Design phases.
• Level of Development:
• Required: Proficiency in LOD 300 and LOD 500.
• Preferred: Experience of LOD 400 (Fabrication) and LOD 500 (As-Built/Facilities Management).

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.

Time Management: Proven ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
