BIM Modeler / Architect (3-5 yrs Experience)

A BIM Architect, a BIM Specialist, or BIM coordinator, is an architect with specialized expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodologies, tools, and processes. This role involves utilizing BIM software to create, manage, and optimize digital models of architectural designs and ensuring seamless collaboration among design and construction teams. The BIM Architect enhances project outcomes by leveraging BIM technologies to streamline workflows, improve coordination, and enhance the overall design and construction process.
