BIM Modeler / Architect (3-5 yrs Experience)

Position: BIM Architectural Modeler
Urgent Requirement

The BIM Architectural Modeler is responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing accurate BIM models for architectural systems. The role involves close collaboration with structural, MEP, consultants, and project teams to ensure high-quality BIM deliverables, proper design coordination, and compliance with project standards and client requirements. The candidate should have strong experience in design-stage projects and multidisciplinary coordination within GCC projects.

Requirements

• Experience: 03 – 05 Years in BIM/Revit
• Software Skills: Revit, BIM, AutoCAD & Navisworks
• Strong knowledge of Architectural Modeling and detailing
• GCC Project Experience is mandatory
• Familiar with Contractor & Consultant coordination
• LOD Experience: 100 to 500
• Immediate joiners are preferred
• Only candidates with relevant work experience will be considered

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate BIM architectural models
• Coordinate with structural and MEP teams
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks
• Prepare architectural drawings and BIM documentation
• Ensure BIM standards and client requirements are followed
• Monitor BIM data and project information compliance
• Update models based on design changes and consultant comments
• Support project teams during coordination and submission stages
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality BIM outputs
