BIM Modeler / Architect (5-7 yrs Experience)

A BIM Architect, BIM Specialist, or BIM Coordinator is an architect possessing specialized knowledge in Building Information Modeling (BIM) techniques, tools, and procedures. This position requires using BIM software to develop, manage, and enhance digital models of architectural plans while ensuring smooth cooperation between design and construction teams. The BIM Architect improves project results by utilizing BIM technologies to optimize workflows, enhance collaboration, and elevate the design and construction process. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Architect/BIM Coordinator to join our team. This dual-role position requires a licensed or qualified architect who also has specialized expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) techniques, tools, and standards. As an Architect with BIM coordination responsibilities, you will manage digital models of architectural designs while facilitating cross-disciplinary collaboration to ensure the smooth delivery of projects from concept through construction.
