BIM Modeler (Architectural / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler ( Architectural / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical) to join our team. The candidate will develop and maintain accurate architectural BIM models, coordinate with project teams, and ensure compliance with project standards. This role requires proficiency in BIM software and a good understanding of construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing discipline-specific BIM models (Architectural / Structural / MEP / Civil) in accordance with the approved BEP, modeling standards, and project workflows.
• Producing BIM models to the required Level of Development (LOD) and Level of Information (LOI) at each project stage.
• Ensuring model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project BIM standards and QA/QC procedures.
• Supporting multidisciplinary coordination by addressing clash detection comments and coordination issues raised by BIM Coordinators.
• Updating BIM models in accordance with approved coordination resolutions and Engineer comments.
• Extracting coordinated drawings, schedules, quantities, and other BIM outputs from the models as required for submissions and construction use.
• Participating in BIM coordination meetings as required and implementing agreed actions within the models.
• Ensuring that BIM models support 4D construction sequencing and 5D quantity take-off requirements where applicable.
• Providing accurate asset data and model information required for COBie and Asset Information Model (AIM) deliverables.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Engineering, Architecture) from recognized institute.
• 5–6 years of professional experience as a BIM Modeler.
• Strong experience in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Knowledge of construction methods and architectural detailing.
• Experience in Qatar or GCC construction projects is preferred.
• Good coordination, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
