BIM Modeler-Civil

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models using Revit for civil and MEPF disciplines.
• Utilize AutoCAD for 2D drafting and detailing as required.
• Conduct clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks Manage.
• Collaborate and communicate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure design intent and project requirements are met.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical support for BIM-related issues.
• Ensure model accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards and company BIM execution plans.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks Manage.
• Strong understanding of construction and engineering processes in MEPF and civil domains.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
