Job Description:
MEP Alghurair is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler (Electrical & Mechanical) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate BIM models, coordinating with design and site teams, and ensuring compliance with project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Electrical & Mechanical BIM models
• Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines
• Prepare shop drawings and clash detection reports
• Ensure models meet project specifications and deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an MEP BIM Modeler
• Proficiency in Revit and relevant BIM tools
• Good understanding of MEP systems and coordination
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
