BIM Modeler - Interior, Fitout, Joinery

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler with strong experience in Interior, Fit-out, and Joinery projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing detailed 3D models, coordinating with design and site teams, and preparing precise shop drawings using BIM standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update BIM models for Interior, Fit-out, and Joinery works using Revit / AutoCAD.
• Create detailed shop drawings, joinery details, ceiling layouts, and furniture models as per design intent and site requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate information flow and clash-free model development.
• Perform clash detection and coordination with other disciplines (MEP, Structural, Architectural).
• Maintain project BIM standards, file organization, and model version control.
• Prepare as-built models and drawings upon project completion.
• Assist in the quantity take-off and material estimation process from BIM models.
• Ensure that all modeling work complies with company and client BIM execution plans.

Required Skills and Software Proficiency:

• Autodesk Revit – Advanced level (mandatory)
• AutoCAD – Advanced level (mandatory)
• Experience with Navisworks / BIM 360 / Enscape preferred
• Strong understanding of joinery and interior detailing
• Knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and installation techniques
• Ability to interpret and coordinate architectural and MEP drawings
• Good communication and documentation skills

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 4+ years of experience as a BIM Modeler in Interior Fit-out or Joinery projects (GCC experience preferred)
