BIM Modeler Landscape

Job Description:
The BIM Modeler – Landscape is responsible for creating, developing, and managing detailed 3D landscape models and drawings in alignment with project requirements. They collaborate with architects, engineers, and landscape designers to ensure accurate representation of landscape design elements within the overall BIM environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D landscape BIM models using Revit and other relevant software.
• Prepare drawings, planting layouts, irrigation details, and hardscape designs.
• Coordinate landscape models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to avoid clashes.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM execution plans and international standards.
• Assist in producing construction documents, schedules, and quantity take-offs from models.
• Update and revise models/drawings as per design changes or consultant/client comments.
• Maintain accurate model documentation and contribute to BIM data management.
• Support landscape architects/designers in visualizing and presenting design proposals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM-related tools.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a BIM Modeler, preferably with landscape projects.
