Mechanical BIM Modeler – Immediate Joiner (UAE-Based Candidates Only)

Job Overview

Zurich Engineering is urgently hiring a Mechanical BIM Modeler with strong experience in Revit MEP, HVAC modeling, Plumbing modeling, Fire Fighting BIM, and MEP coordination. Candidates must be currently in the UAE and available to join immediately.

This role is ideal for someone experienced in delivering MEP BIM projects, clash detection, and LOD 300–500 models.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed Mechanical BIM models using Revit MEP (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting).
• Prepare coordinated MEP shop drawings as per project standards.
• Perform clash detection and report using Navisworks Manage.
• Update BIM models throughout design and construction stages.
• Work closely with MEP engineers, BIM coordinators, and site teams.
• Ensure all models follow BIM standards, project specifications, and LOD requirements.
• Prepare as-built BIM models and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of GCC experience as a Mechanical BIM Modeler
• Expert in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems: HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting.
• Experience working on BIM execution plans (BEP) and MEP coordination.
• Knowledge of Clash Detection, BIM workflows, and construction drawings.
• Must be in the UAE and ready to join immediately (no notice period).
• Experience in Consultant & Contractor environments is an advantage.
