BIM Modeler MEP

Responsibilities:

• Support MEP engineers from concept design through to detailed design and construction stages.
• Develop, manage, and update 3D BIM models for MEP systems in accordance with project requirements.
• Produce accurate layouts, schematics, sections, and detailed drawings for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Coordinate MEP models with architectural, structural, and other disciplines to ensure clash-free designs.
• Prepare construction drawings and documentation derived from BIM models.
• Perform quality checks on models and drawings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards.
• Participate in clash detection, coordination meetings, and model reviews using BIM tools.
• Assist in quantity take-offs and extraction of data from BIM models.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), company standards, and project specifications.
• Maintain organized model data and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP and strong drafting skills in AutoCAD are essential.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP BIM Modeler or Drafter in building services projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks).
• Solid understanding of MEP systems, codes, and coordination practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Experience in the Middle East is preferred.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
