Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeler – Structural with strong exposure to structural works—particularly parking canopies and structural steel—to join our team in Al Quoz, Dubai. The role involves developing accurate BIM models, producing detailed drawings, and coordinating closely with engineers and site teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain BIM models for structural elements, including parking canopies and steel structures.
• Prepare shop drawings, general arrangement (GA) drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure accurate model development.
• Perform clash detection using BIM tools and resolve coordination issues.
• Update BIM models based on design revisions and site feedback.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, specifications, and delivery schedules.

Requirements

• 3 to 8 years of experience as a Structural BIM Modeler.
• Proven experience in parking canopies and structural steel works.
• Strong proficiency in Revit Structure (knowledge of Navisworks is an advantage).
• Good understanding of structural detailing and construction practices.
• Experience on UAE-based projects is preferred.
• Ability to work from Al Quoz, Dubai.
