BIM Modeler- Structural

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate structural BIM models using project design drawings.
• Prepare structural shop drawings for reinforced concrete works.
• Perform model updates based on engineering revisions.
• Participate in clash detection and BIM coordination meetings.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project specifications.
• Ability to coordinate structural models with architectural and MEP models and resolve clashes before construction.
• Support engineering teams during construction documentation.
• Autodesk Construction Forma.

Experience

• 4–6 years of experience in Structural BIM Modeling.
• Experience working with a main contractor is a must.
• Strong experience in structural shop drawing production.
• Experience in GA (General Arrangement) shop drawing production is mandatory.
• Strong BIM modeling and engineering coordination experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Good command of English language.
• French language is preferred.
