Experience: 8–12 years | BIM / AEC / Construction TechnologyWe are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive our growth in India & Middle East markets.

This role is ideal for someone with strong industry networks, proven sales experience, and a passion for advancing BIM adoption in the AEC sector. Key Responsibilities:Develop new business opportunities in India & Middle EastBuild & maintain strong client relationships with developers, contractors, and consultantsDrive sales strategy & achieve revenue targets for BIM servicesCollaborate with technical & delivery teams on proposals & client solutionsRepresent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and forumsRequirements:8–12 years’ experience in Business Development / Sales in BIM or AECStrong network in India & Middle East marketsSolid understanding of BIM processes & value creation for clientsExcellent communication, negotiation & presentation skill.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹843,381.81 - ₹1,016,098.31 per year
