BIM Specialist Structure

One Works is looking for a BIM Specialist Structure to join our team in Riyadh.

Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and consultants across various scales and infrastructure sectors, including major airport masterplans, exemplar metro stations, high-profile infrastructures, and complex building extensions.

Your duties and responsibilities:

• Create complete digital models (geometries and information);
• Model structural concrete and steel elements;
• Develop reinforcement details and drawings;
• Model steel joints;
• Manage information and extract data from models;
• Edit drawings (schematic, detailed, construction design);
• Attend and contribute to project meetings;

Minimum qualifications and skills:

• Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture;
• At least 4 years of working experience in the engineering field;
• Ability to read technical documents;
• Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Revit and ability to create and manipulate Revit families;
• Knowledge of structural parametric design environment;
• Professional certification in Autodesk Revit Structure is a plus;
• Knowledge of Dynamo;
• Knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks, Nemetschek Solibri, and Trimble Tekla is a plus;
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel);
• Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD;
• Professional proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing);
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability;
• Eagerness to improve design process efficiency through new digital technologies and innovations;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a large team;
• Flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and committed to lifelong learning.
