The BIM Coordinator is responsible for managing, coordinating, and maintaining discipline-specific BIM models to ensure consistency, accuracy, and clash-free integration across architectural, structural, and MEP systems throughout the project lifecycle. The role acts as the technical bridge between designers, engineers, and construction teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate structural BIM models (concrete, steel, foundations)
• Ensure alignment with architectural grids and levels
• Manage analytical vs physical models
• Coordinate openings, embeds, and penetrations
• Support shop drawing and fabrication model coordination

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience as BIM
• UAE experience is a must
• Advanced Revit Structure skills
• Strong understanding of structural systems and detailing
• Experience with steel and reinforced concrete structures
• Familiarity with construction sequencing and temporary works

Nice-to-Have (All Disciplines)

• Experience with ACC / BIM 360
• Experience on large-scale or complex projects
