This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Structural Coordinator located in Giza. The BIM Structural Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing structural BIM models across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with design intent, project specifications, and industry standards.

The role involves overseeing structural model development, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (architectural, MEP, and planning), and ensuring clash-free and constructible designs. Daily responsibilities include reviewing and validating structural models, conducting clash detection, ensuring model accuracy, and maintaining BIM standards and workflows.

The BIM Structural Coordinator will work closely with the BIM Unit, structural engineers, and project stakeholders to support efficient project delivery and high-quality outputs.

• Coordinate and manage structural BIM models throughout project lifecycle
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues with other disciplines
• Ensure models comply with project standards, codes, and BIM execution plans (BEP)
• Collaborate with structural engineers to ensure design accuracy and constructability
• Review and validate shop drawings and model outputs
• Maintain and improve BIM workflows, standards, and documentation
• Support project teams with technical BIM expertise and problem-solving
• Ensure timely delivery of coordinated models aligned with project schedules

• Proven experience in Structural BIM Coordination within construction projects
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Structure)
• Strong knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection and coordination
• Familiarity with BIM standards, LOD requirements, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
• Solid understanding of structural systems and construction methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field
• Fluent in English ( Must Have)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Giza within a dynamic environment
• BIM certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) are a plus
