Are you passionate about transforming design concepts into precise, buildable drawings?

Wadan Developer is looking for a talented BIM Technician to join our Design Team and play a key role in turning creative ideas into coordinated execution drawings.

About the Role:

You’ll work closely with the Senior Design Coordinator and various consultants to deliver detailed, code-compliant documentation across all project stages — from concept to as-built.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Develop 2D and 3D drawings from design sketches and markups

🔹 Prepare execution-ready plans, sections, and details

🔹 Maintain and update Revit models in coordination with consultants

🔹 Implement BIM standards and ensure clash-free, coordinated documentation

🔹 Support with 3D visuals and presentations for internal and client reviews

Requirements:

✔ Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Drafting Technology

✔ 3–5 years of BIM drafting experience (real estate or large-scale projects preferred)

✔ Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino (knowledge of Navisworks or SketchUp is a plus)

✔ Strong understanding of building systems, detailing, and UAE building codes

Nice to Have:

✨ Experience with BIM 360 or similar platforms

✨ Exposure to real estate development or site coordination
