BIM/REVIT MODELER – MEP (BUILDING WORKS)

A client of Ortak Consultants (Pvt.) Limited is hiring a BIM/Revit Modeler – MEP (Building Works)

Salary: Market Competitive

Location: Pakistan, UAE & KSA

Should be able to:

- Develop, update, and maintain Revit MEP models (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.

- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and other disciplines to ensure accurate and clash-free models.

- Prepare detailed drawings, construction documents, and shop drawings derived from Revit models.

- Support project teams in BIM execution planning, model reviews, and quality control.

- Ensure compliance with international BIM standards and company protocols.

- Assist in 4D BIM applications where applicable (scheduling, cost estimation).

- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to deliver efficient, constructible, and well-coordinated designs.

Must have:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical or B. Tech.

- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a BIM/Revit Modeler in MEP (Building Works).

- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and Navisworks.

- Solid understanding of MEP systems, building codes, and construction practices.

- Experience in clash detection, coordination, and BIM workflows.

- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and deliver under tight timelines.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs148,000.00 per month
