Bin Delivery Driver

Atlas Disposal Industries is a locally owned and operated leader in waste management, serving communities in California, Utah, and Arizona for over 25 years. As a Bin Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in delivering and removing waste and recycling containers for customers, helping to keep neighborhoods clean and supporting environmental sustainability. This full-time, hourly position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule starting at 4 am, with opportunities to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities
Safely operate heavy-duty trucks to deliver and remove waste or recycling containers to customer locations.
Follow all company safety rules, operating procedures, and comply with Occupational Safety and Health Act, Department of Transportation, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicles and document findings using standard Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR).
Utilize a computerized mobile tablet to track route progress, record stops, and enter relevant notes and landfill information.
Collaborate with Dispatch and Supervisors to improve route efficiency and communicate any incidents, service interruptions, or customer requests.
Identify and report containers that require repair or replacement.
Ensure the number and size of containers serviced matches the service list for each route.
Qualifications
Valid Class A or B Commercial Drivers License with airbrake endorsement.
At least 6 months of experience operating a vehicle requiring a CDL or equivalent military driving experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to pass regular drug screenings, pre-employment physical, and background checks.

$20$24 per hour
