Position: Biology Teacher

Classes: [Secondary / Senior Secondary ]

We are seeking a qualified, dedicated, and passionate Biology Teacher to deliver high-quality instruction and foster scientific curiosity among students.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Biology effectively as per the prescribed curriculum and board guidelines

Plan and deliver engaging lesson plans using innovative teaching methodologies

Conduct practical lab sessions and ensure safety norms in the laboratory

Prepare students for examinations, assessments, and competitive exams (if applicable)

Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback

Maintain academic records, lesson plans, and assessment reports

Encourage critical thinking, inquiry-based learning, and scientific temperament

Participate actively in school academic activities, meetings, and training programs

Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment

Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress

Eligibility & Qualifications:

M.Sc / B.Sc in Biology / Life Sciences

B.Ed – Mandatory

Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience (Board school experience preferred)

Experience in teaching CBSE curriculum will be an advantage

Skills Required:

Strong subject knowledge and conceptual clarity

Excellent communication and classroom management skills

Ability to integrate technology in teaching (smart classes, digital tools)

Student-friendly and innovative teaching approach

Good evaluation and mentoring skills
