Biology Teacher

HMPS – A Premium School, Azamgarh City, invites applications from qualified and dedicated candidates for the position of PGT – Biology for Classes XI and XII.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Master’s Degree/Postgraduate in Biology with B.Ed. and CTET/TET / M.Phil., or an equivalent qualification, along with a valid teaching certificate.
• Minimum five (5) years of teaching experience as a PGT in a recognized English-medium school.
• Must have completed the CBSE-mandated 50 hours of annual Continuous Professional Development (CPD) for session 2025-26.
• Strong subject knowledge in Biology with effective classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preference will be given to female candidates and those with CBSE school experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with parents and the school community.
• High preference will be given to candidates from Demonstration Multipurpose Schools

Responsibilities:

• Teach Biology to Classes XI and XII in accordance with the curriculum.
• Plan and deliver well-structured lessons and conduct student assessments effectively.
• Create an engaging, interactive, and supportive classroom environment that promotes active learning
