Biology/Chemistry/Science teacher

We’re looking for a fun, engaging, and motivational part-time Science Instructor (Biology/Chemistry) to join our team in Irvine, CA. You’ll be working with elementary, middle, and high school students, helping them explore the wonders of biology and chemistry through hands-on experiments and project-based learning.

What You’ll Do:

• Teach core concepts in biology and chemistry in a fun, approachable way to K–12 students
• Develop and deliver interactive, age-appropriate science lessons with simple, safe experiments
• Guide students through topics like the human body, ecosystems, chemical reactions, and lab safety
• Encourage curiosity, observation, and scientific thinking through hands-on inquiry-based learning
• Inspire students to explore STEM and think like young scientists
• Provide positive feedback and foster a love for discovery in the classroom

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or higher) in Biology, Chemistry, Science Education, or a related field
• Prior experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring K–12 students
• A positive attitude, strong classroom presence, and a passion for making science exciting
• Comfortable leading simple, classroom-safe experiments and demonstrations
• Must be able to commute to our Irvine office for in-person instruction
