Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Biomedical Engineer with strong tender management expertise to support medical equipment operations, projects, and tender activities. The role involves technical support, documentation preparation, supplier coordination, and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, diagnostics, repair, preventive maintenance (PPM), and quality control (QC) support for medical devices
• Conduct customer site visits and provide technical assistance
• Support medical equipment projects, feasibility studies, and project tracking
• Manage tender activities including technical specifications, documentation, bid preparation, and product listings (technical specifications and images)
• Coordinate sourcing and supplier management for tenders and projects
• Provide technical inputs for sales quotations and project-related inquiries
• Liaise with suppliers regarding product availability, compliance, quality, and delivery timelines
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical training when required
• Maintain technical documentation, equipment records, and supplier databases
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in medical equipment tender management
• Strong knowledge of technical documentation, supplier coordination, and regulatory compliance
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
