Biomedical Engineer

· To carryout the comprehensive initial incoming testing and performance check

· To train all new staff on the usage of the equipment

· To supervise the operator for proper maintenance of the units

· To perform preventive maintenance as recommended by the manufacturers

· To check rectify all the problems every day and in case of major breakdown to contact company to solve the same

· To maintain the records of problems attended, service reports and preventive maintenance records

· To maintain the records of annual maintenance contract and follow up

· To maintain essential spare for life saving equipment

· To plan for annual budget for department

· To maintain the MIS reports as required by management.

· To liaise with the maintenance department for proper functioning of the bio-medical equipment .

· To follow and maintain all standards of quality as required by the organizational standards.
