Biomedical Support Engineer (B2C)

Experience/Knowledge/Technical Skills Required:

• Biomedical Engineer
• Good with communication and convincing skills
• Well-versed with Excel
• Who is comfortable with multiple languages (Preferred)
• Can join us immediately

Roles & Responsibilities

• Walk customers through the process of installing the software on their machines and starting up the program for the first time
• Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
• Identifying hardware and software solutions.
• Help customers troubleshoot issues they encounter while using the software and provide actionable tips to resolve the problem
• Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
• Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
• Assume visit to customer's places in case of necessity
• Testing and evaluating new technologies.
• Calling Customers to explain the product

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
