Key Responsibilities:

• Conference Engagement:
• Identify, research, and connect with international pharmaceutical and biotech dealmakers.
• Persuade industry leaders and decision-makers to attend our conferences.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
• Client Research and Communication:
• Conduct in-depth research on potential attendees, their areas of expertise, and market trends.
• Effectively communicate our conference value propositions to clients.
• Problem Solving:
• Address client concerns or queries with a proactive and positive approach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Learning and Growth:
• Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Leverage industry knowledge to add value to client interactions.
• Goal-Oriented Execution:
• Meet or exceed targets for conference attendance and client engagement.
• Maximize opportunities to achieve bonuses and commissions under the structured incentive plan.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Preferably 1-2 years in a similar role, though motivated fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
