Job Title: Solar Cleaning Technician (Entry Level / Helper)

The Opportunity

Slik Solar Cleaning is a fast-growing maintenance company, and we are looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to join our team. This is a straightforward, "boots-on-the-ground" position perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and wants to get in on the ground floor of a local business.

The Role

You will start your day by arriving at our office in your personal vehicle. From there, you’ll hop into a company work truck and ride along with an experienced technician.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Assisting with the setup of equipment (ladders, water-fed poles, etc.).
• bird proofing residential and commercial solar panels/homes using professional-grade tools and materials.
• Assisting with other company services when necessary.
• Ensuring the job site is left cleaner than you found it.

Requirements

• Reliable Transportation: You must have a dependable vehicle to get to the office every morning.
• Punctuality: We start early to beat the heat; being on time is non-negotiable.
• Physical Ability: Must be comfortable climbing ladders and working on rooftops.
• Positive Attitude: A "can-do" mindset. We will train you on the technical side; you just need to bring the work ethic.
