Job Summary
We are seeking a Birth and Fertility Center Office Manager who is reliable, detail-oriented, and compassionate to oversee the daily operations of our birth center’s administrative functions and create a positive culture at the center. This vital role ensures a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors alike. The Office Manager will welcome clients, communicate with clients and prospective clients through multiple platforms, support medical staff with lab test processing, help with laundry and cleaning as needed, handle vendor relationships, and other medical office management tasks. Phlebotomy skills would be a plus.

Duties
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors, responding to clients and prospective clients across multiple platforms, and maintaining professional phone and email etiquette.
- Oversee schedule management for medical providers, staff, and appointments to ensure optimal workflow.
- Coordinate vendor management activities such as ordering supplies, managing service contracts, and maintaining vendor relationships.
- Taking payments and setting up financial agreements with clients.
- Oversee office management responsibilities such as filing systems, record keeping, calendar management, and ensuring compliance with medical office protocols.
- Ensuring the center is always kept clean and ready for the next client appointment. Checking on laundry regularly.
Skills
- Proven experience in office management within a healthcare or medical setting with strong computer and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to interact professionally with staff, vendors, patients, and community partners.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with medical office management procedures and front desk operations.
- Competence in calendar management for scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings or events.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
