The Birth Certificate Specialist is responsible for accurate data collection and entry related to birth certificates in the State of Tennessee. Other duties as assigned.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Notary Public required within 90 days of hire.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of general-clerical experience required. Excellent customer service skills, computer literacy, and ability to read/write English required. Previous experience preferred in a medical setting involving clerical and basic medical terminology. Prefer ability to read/write Spanish.
