Birthday Coordinator / Cashier / Receptionist

Kids HQ Arcade LLC. is looking to hire a Birthday Coordinator / Cashier / Receptionist for one of its branch located in Abu Dhabi

Position: Birthday Coordinator / Cashier / Receptionist
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, events, sales preferably in family entertainment center
Salary: AED 3,000 to AED 3,500
Job duties:

- Handle birthday party inquiries, bookings, and customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate with parents/guests regarding party packages, requirements, and payments.
- Manage school booking inquiries and coordinate visits/events.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and customer queries promptly.
- Oversee birthday party setup and execution to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Upsell party packages, add-ons, and other services to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain booking calendars and ensure all event details are communicated to relevant teams.
