Party Attendant / Event Host

About the Position
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Party Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with families and children, provides excellent customer service, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Schedule

• Primarily Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
• Must be available to work weekends and occasional evenings

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude
• Assist families throughout their event to ensure a great experience
• Provide information about our facility, services, and party packages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the venue before, during, and after events
• Monitor guest activities to help ensure safety and compliance with facility rules
• Set up and clean up party rooms and event areas
• Prepare and serve food and beverages as needed
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions or concerns
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth event operations

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable speaking with guests and assisting large groups
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Basic food service experience is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during events
