Birthday Party Host Assistant

Join our team as an Event Host Assistant, where your enthusiasm (& cleaning skills) along with exceptional customer service skills will help create unforgettable experiences for guests at a variety of events. In this dynamic role, you will support event hosts in managing guest interactions, cleaning the rooms as the event moves, and delivering a welcoming atmosphere. Your energetic presence will contribute to the success of each event, making every guest feel valued and engaged.

Duties

• Clean and organize event space.
• Assist event hosts in a variety of tasks
• Help decorate the party rooms and set up party items.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, demonstrating conflict management skills when needed

Skills

• Must be able to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to all guests & coworkers.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Working with children or managing family-friendly activities requires patience and attentiveness
