  • Respond promptly to inbound birthday inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable birthday/event packages.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of all available packages, offerings, and promotional campaigns.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure maximum conversion and minimize dropouts.
  • Maintain CRM entries and lead tracking for transparency and reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, F&B, Decor) to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Handle multiple inquiries simultaneously with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Meet and exceed monthly birthday booking targets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and gather post-event feedback.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in inbound sales, preferably in birthday/event package selling.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple inquiries and convert them into bookings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic Excel reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Prior experience in the entertainment, hospitality, or events industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
