- Respond promptly to inbound birthday inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable birthday/event packages.
- Maintain updated knowledge of all available packages, offerings, and promotional campaigns.
- Follow up with leads to ensure maximum conversion and minimize dropouts.
- Maintain CRM entries and lead tracking for transparency and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, F&B, Decor) to ensure seamless event execution.
- Handle multiple inquiries simultaneously with professionalism and accuracy.
- Meet and exceed monthly birthday booking targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and gather post-event feedback.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in inbound sales, preferably in birthday/event package selling.
- Proven ability to manage multiple inquiries and convert them into bookings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic Excel reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in the entertainment, hospitality, or events industry is a plus.
