We are Taazaa Mumbai, a sister concern of Kabab Al Fareej Group of Restaurants.
We would like to hire a well experienced North Indian Biryani chef for our central kitchen/ experienced in Gazebo , India Palace , Copper Chimney etc.
- Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, and cooking in accordance with recipes and restaurant standards.
- Cooking: Cook dishes according to the menu, ensuring proper techniques, seasoning, and presentation.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food is prepared and served at the proper temperature, presentation, and taste.
- Portion Control: Measure ingredients and ensure that portions are consistent and within budgetary guidelines.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the kitchen area clean and organized, including tools, equipment, and workspaces.
- Menu Knowledge: Understand and follow the menu, including daily specials, dietary restrictions, and customer preferences.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Follow proper food safety and hygiene procedures, such as handling, storing, and preparing food according to health standards.
- Collaborate with Kitchen Staff: Work closely with other kitchen staff (e.g. prep cooks, dishwashers) to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
