Duties

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression
• Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages promptly with a friendly attitude
• Support food preparation tasks, including assembling dishes and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area
• Handle food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
• Assist with setting up banquet events or catering functions, ensuring all guest needs are met efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations throughout shifts
• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment

Experience

• Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic demeanor
• Experience serving in restaurants, banquets, or catering settings is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus
• Previous hospitality or dietary aide experience can be advantageous for understanding guest needs
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
