Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service to enhance their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders .
• Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation to uphold high standards of quality and sanitation
• Manage table turnovers efficiently by bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction
• Adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably within hotel setting.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and basic food preparation techniques
• Experience with serving in a nightclub or high-volume setting is a plus
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently and professionally
