Join our team and bring great energy, hospitality, and service to our Bistro! We’re looking for a friendly and dependable Bistro Bartender who enjoys creating a welcoming guest experience in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Position Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Cook and prepare Bistro food menu items according to brand standards
• Provide excellent customer service to hotel guests
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar and kitchen area
• Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines
• Process guest payments and operate POS system
• Assist with opening and closing duties

Qualifications

• Previous bartending, cooking, or food service experience
• Must be 21+ years old
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Responsible Beverage Service certification preferred
