- PURPOSE OF POSITION:
- Responsible for set up, maintenance, cleanliness and breakdown of breakfast, dinner and bar services.
- Follow Marriott Brand Standards.
- SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Server Job Description. Restaurant Servers are responsible for positive Guest interactions while serving Guests in a friendly and efficient manner and play an integral role in ensuring our customers have exceptional dining experiences.
- Bartender Job Description:Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons. Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks. Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
- Barista Job Description: Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers; selling coffee and coffee grinding and brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies; preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, along with pastries and cookies.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs. With ease.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with fellow workers and hotel guests.
- Neat in appearance and courteous.
- Must be dependable and honest.
- Keep all necessary Food Permits and certifications up to date as per Marriott standards.
- Complete and attend all necessary online and classroom training.
