Bitrix24 Specialist

We’re looking for a Bitrix24 expert to customize, automate, and optimize our CRM system .

The role focuses on building scalable workflows, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring clean, reliable data.

📍 Location : Dubai - AbuDhabi

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize CRM pipelines, funnels, and smart processes
• Configure fields, roles, permissions, and data structures
• Develop automation rules, triggers, and advanced workflows
• Create lead distribution logic (round‑robin, country‑based, performance‑based)
• Integrate Bitrix24 with ERP, telephony, and marketing tools
• Build dashboards and reports for sales, leads, ROI, and SLA
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits
• Ensure data security, compliance, and proper access control

Required Experience

• 2–4+ years hands‑on Bitrix24 CRM experience
• Strong skills in Smart Processes, Pipelines, Automation Rules, Triggers & Workflow Designer
• Experience with REST API, Webhooks, and CRM integrations
• Solid understanding of CRM data architecture & reporting
• Experience in high‑volume lead environments (Real Estate is a plus)
