Bitrix24 Specialist Freelance / CRM Implementation Expert

About Us: We are a leading textile printing factory based in the 10th of Ramadan City. As we scale our operations, we are looking for a talented and experienced Bitrix24 Freelancer to customize, implement, and streamline our digital workflows, focusing on operational efficiency and financial tracking.

Role Overview: We are seeking a Bitrix24 Expert to build and optimize our CRM and internal management system from scratch. You will be responsible for tailoring the platform to handle everything from client intake to warehouse logistics and general accounting tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• CRM Customization: Design and deploy a robust CRM pipeline to track and optimize all customer interactions, leads, and orders.
• Account Management: Set up client accounts to monitor ongoing transactions, invoicing, and outstanding balances.
• Supplier & Warehouse Integration: Structure inventory management workflows, tracking raw materials, finished products, and supplier accounts within Bitrix24.
• Financial Tracking: Implement general accounting workflows to monitor factory expenditures, production costs, and revenue streams.
• System Training: Provide a brief handover or basic guidelines for the team to utilize the new setup efficiently.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience in implementing and customizing Bitrix24 (CRM, Drive, Tasks, and Workflows).
• Previous experience setting up Bitrix24 or similar ERP systems for manufacturing or factory environments is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of warehouse logistics, supplier tracking, and basic accounting principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate physical factory workflows into seamless digital processes.
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to project timelines.
