We are urgently looking for a talented and creative Pastry & Bakery Chef to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will bring expertise, passion, and innovation to our bakery production.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake authentic Arabic bread with consistent quality.
• Expertly craft croissants, with creativity in shaping, flavoring, and design.
• Produce high-quality San Sebastian cheesecakes.
• Create and develop a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
• Contribute creative ideas for new menu items and seasonal products.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and kitchen organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in bakery and pastry.
• Strong skills in:
• Arabic bread baking
• Croissant production & design
• San Sebastian cakes
• Various pastries
• A passion for creativity and innovation in baking.
• Must be currently based in Doha or willing to relocate.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
