Blaster/Painter

Join our dynamic construction team as a Blaster/Painter and play a vital role in transforming spaces through expert surface preparation and finishing. As a key contributor, you'll utilize your skills in surface blasting, painting, and finishing to ensure high-quality results that meet safety standards and client expectations. Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers using hand tools and power tools.
• Operate airless paint sprayers, brushes, rollers, and other equipment to apply coatings efficiently and evenly.
• Perform blasting tasks such as sandblasting or media blasting to remove old paint, rust, or debris from surfaces.
• Apply various types of paint and coatings on commercial structural components.
• Daily maintenance of blasting and painting equipment.
• Properly label members after painting and organize in the lay down yard

Experience

• Proven experience in construction painting, industrial painting, involving surface preparation and finishing.
• Hands-on experience with power tools including drills, sanders, and air-less paint sprayers.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
