Blend Operations Associate

Note: The candidate for this position will be hired on a Third party (HRSG) contract

Department: Tea Supply Chain

Location: Karachi (PK)

Core Responsibilities

• Explore new developments & improvements in blending & warehouse operations processes
• Budgeting & annual Capex/Opex planning, monitoring & update in SAP
• Miscellaneous material cost confirmation & purchase requisitions creation & follow up till deliveries
• Coordinate/Support with technical, CPD & other team to achieve cross-functional goals
• Ensure maintenance of plants, equipment & others alignment with technical maintenance team
• Seek feasibilities for manual processes automation as per the best practices
• Prepare & update end-to-end documentation (HACCP, Food Safety, BRCGS & plant maintenance) as per appropriate methodologies
• Train blend & warehouse team members time by time regarding good working practices
• Prepare blend & warehouse processes for internal & external audits & coordinate with QA & others departments for establishment and implementation of HACCP, FSSC22000 & BRCGS Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Monitor & Manage SAP TSC EWMS & MM Module and SFG Tea Inventory System.
• Facilitate Blend Operations Manager TSC in blending & raw tea warehouse process improvement through effective analytical assessment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management or engineering, FSSC22000, BRCGS & Food Safety related basic knowledge
• 0 - 2 years experience
