Key Responsibilities

 

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts and decentralised applications (DApps) on various blockchain platforms.
• Integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning models into our blockchain infrastructure to enable predictive analytics, automate processes, and enhance security.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, product managers, and data scientists to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write robust, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code, adhering to industry best practices.
• Research and analyse emerging trends in blockchain technology and AI to drive innovation within the organisation.
• Optimise network performance, scalability, and security of our blockchain applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to blockchain and AI integrations.

Qualifications and Skills

 

• Proven commercial experience as a Blockchain Developer.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Rust, Go, or Python.
• A deep understanding of blockchain principles, cryptographic hashing, consensus algorithms, and smart contract development.
• Demonstrable experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with major blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Solana, or Polkadot.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Vue.js) for DApp integration is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
