Responsibilities and Duties

Operate and maintain block-making machinery, perform quality control on finished blocks, maintain a clean and organized work area, and collaborate with team members to meet production quotas, all while strictly adhering to safety procedures .Preparing the machinery before use, monitoring the production process, performing visual inspections of block quality, assisting with plant and machine cleanup, and packaging and labeling finished blocks.

Required Skills and Qualification

• Machinery Operation: Safely operate and monitor block-making machines, adjusting them as needed to maintain efficiency and meet production goals.
• Pre-Operation Checks: Conduct routine checks of machinery, ensuring all parts are tight, properly lubricated, and that all necessary components like steel wires and water levels are at the specified levels.
• Quality Control: Visually inspect finished blocks to ensure they meet the prescribed quality standards and specifications, identifying and reporting any defects.
• Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the block machine and work area, including sweeping and shoveling.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to factory procedures.
• Safety: Adhere to all factory safety rules and regulations, wear necessary protective gear, and report any safety concerns.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members and supervisors to optimize production workflows and achieve team goals.
• Packaging: Assist with packaging and labeling finished blocks according to production specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs160,000.00 - Rs260,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
