Job Title: Block Layer & Plaster Worker

Salary: AED 1,800 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Block Layer & Plaster Worker to join our construction team. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out block masonry and plastering works according to drawings, specifications, and site instructions, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform block laying works including alignment, leveling, and finishing as per approved drawings.
• Carry out internal and external plastering works with smooth and accurate finishing.
• Mix and prepare mortar, plaster, and related materials correctly.
• Ensure work quality meets company and project standards.
• Follow site safety rules and use tools and equipment properly.
• Complete assigned tasks within the required time frame and coordinate with site supervisors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a block layer and plaster worker.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of construction tools, materials, and safety practices.
• Physically fit and able to work on construction sites.
• Willingness to follow company rules and instructions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
