Education Requirements:

• Preferred: Bachelor's/Diploma in Biomedical Technology

Experience:

• Minimum of 02 years in the biomedical field, specifically in blood banking or related areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform technical operations with expertise in advanced blood banking processes.
• Maintain and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct Quality Control (QC) checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of blood banking equipment and procedures.
• Interpret and manage phenotype blood analysis effectively.

Key Requirements:

• Proficient in handling advanced blood banking technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of phenotype blood analysis and its applications.
• Strong grasp of technical procedures, compliance, and industry standards.
