BLS, ACLS & PALS Instructor

Prime Wellness Training Institute is seeking a qualified and motivated BLS, ACLS, and PALS Instructor to deliver high-quality life support training programs. The ideal candidate will be an experienced instructor with a healthcare background and a strong passion for teaching emergency response skills to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver BLS, ACLS, PALS, and related life support training programs in accordance with AHA / ASHI standards
• Conduct interactive classroom and practical simulation-based training sessions
• Assess participant performance and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain and update training content in line with current clinical guidelines
• Ensure proper use, care, and maintenance of training equipment and manikins
• Maintain accurate course records, assessments, and certification documentation
• Work collaboratively with the training team to ensure a positive learning experience
• Uphold professional and ethical standards in teaching and clinical practice

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certified AHA or ASHI Instructor in BLS, ACLS, and PALS (mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering life support training (UAE experience preferred)
• Healthcare or emergency background (nurse, paramedic, doctor, EMT, etc.)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable using simulation equipment, manikins, and e-learning platforms
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
