BMS Draughtsman

Responsible for the design, execution, and support of BMS & Related Projects within K&P ME LLC operations with particular emphasis on efficient, professional and customer-orientated services to ensure performance match the needs of task and responsibilities within the technical function. This will embrace:

• Prepare and develop BMS shop drawings using AUTOCAD and REVIT software in accordance with project specifications and client requirements.
• Develop and coordinate BIM models for BMS systems as per project standards and coordination requirements.
• Coordinate with site teams for drawing reviews, comments, and approvals.
• Prepare and update as-built drawings/models based on final site modifications and executed work.
• Review project requirements, specifications, BOQ, and drawings from tender stage until receipt of LPO.
• Attend technical and coordination meetings with Clients, Consultants, and Contractors together with the Sales Representative when required.
• Coordinate with the procurement department for selection and finalization of model numbers and technical parameters as per site requirements and approved specifications.
• Prepare BMS cable and containment quantity take-off and support estimation activities.
• Ensure all drawings, BIM models, and documents comply with project standards, regulations, and company procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation and revision control for all drawings, BIM files, and project-related records.
• Provide technical support to site teams during project execution whenever required.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned by the Managing Director as deemed necessary to maintain and improve the efficiency of company operations

Requirements

Salary Range between AED. 3,500 to 5000

Experience: 2 years related construction experience in Autocad

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Experience:

• BMS AutoCAD: 2 years (Required)
